Defend Funding for Turtle Excluder Device Testing

We might lose the most effective technical solution to prevent the drowning of sea turtles. Take action today and send an email to your representatives asking them to defend funding for the TED testing program. Take action here! We're taking this to the Capitol! Our Gulf of Mexico director, Joanie Steinhaus, will join Ocean Conservancy in Washington D.C. to lobby our representatives regarding Trump's proposed cuts to NOAA's budget. Stayed tuned for her story in next month's eNews. Photo: NOAA

Help Establish Marine Protected Areas in Brazil

Cheryl King helps rescue whales from entanglements as a member of NOAA's Large Whale Entanglement Response Team. Read her firsthand account of the January rescue mission here.

Lawsuit Launched to Protect Endangered Species
