So many of you wrote in yesterday with words of love about Bitch:

• Happy birthday! I discovered Bitch when I discovered feminism around age 12, and now I'm 25 too!
• WOW, a quarter century! I've been reading Bitch for probably twenty of those years, & am increasingly grateful for the perspective it brings to my newsfeed & my dinner table discussions.
• When Bitch started, I was 6 or 7 years old. To be a part of its lineage as it celebrates its 25th birthday is something special. I would tell anyone turning 25 to simply enjoy life. There is time to figure it out.
• I've subscribed to Bitch continuously since ~2003, longer than any other publication. Bitch gave me my first print byline outside a school paper & I'm so glad to see they've stuck around for so long!
• Bitch is an Aquarius ♒ Quirky, rebellious, breaks the rules of conventional beauty and fashion, loves you very much but would rather talk about the practical work we need to do to make the world a better place.

Thank you for celebrating the magazine’s birthday with us yesterday. And because no one day of celebrations can be enough for all of the impact the magazine has made, yesterday marks the beginning of a year of celebrating our 25th anniversary. In a world that has faced innumerable difficulties lately, we will be taking the full year to nourish ourselves with the joy that Bitch magazine has made such an impact, and will continue doing so.
