Tweet at JP Morgan Chase to stop funding oil expansion in the Amazon

We must end all fossil fuel production in the Amazon rainforest to safeguard its biodiversity, communities, and the health of the planet.

Phasing out fossil fuel production is more than stopping oil & gas companies from putting in pipelines and drilling the earth, we must stop the money pipeline that props up these projects in the first place. Global banks, like JP Morgan Chase, play a big role in the expansion of oil & gas projects around the world. Not only is JP Morgan Chase the biggest global financier of the fossil fuel industry, but it is also the biggest financier of oil & gas in the Amazon.¹

Banks need to stop funding the destruction of sacred lands like the Amazon, but public pressure is needed to drive this change. Without it, JP Morgan Chase and other banks will continue getting away with funding fossil fuel expansion.

Can you take to Twitter and tweet at the bank to adopt an Amazon oil exclusion policy and stop #BankingOnAmazonDestruction?
