I’m focusing this week ...

... on a series of incredible firsthand accounts from health workers on the frontlines of the pandemic. Reporter Patty Wight’s series of “Covid Diaries” has rightly captured the attention of people who are having “driveway moments” as they hear firsthand the struggle and the hope these workers experience. Give them a listen!

Some additional fascinating reads include: why you feel it physically during a breakup, the groundhog rivalry, why previous pandemics might have a link to Parkinson’s disease, and discovering your mom was Vietnamese rock star! I hope you’ll find them engaging.

While your at it, please remember to make your contribution to our Warm Up Winter Drive at mainepublic.org/donate.

Thanks!

Mark
